We handle these gatherings of 20 to 60 people with a shared menu agreed in advance, which makes life considerably easier for the organiser, usually the only person handling registrations.
In a reunion, a single person centralises everything: registrations, contributions, dietary requirements. We work the same way: one contact on your side, one on ours, one quote, one invoice. The final headcount is confirmed 48 hours ahead, leaving time for latecomers.
