We work from a single menu or a short list of options, shared with your delegates before the day. Courses leave the kitchen for every table at once, coffee arrives at the agreed time, and your group leaves on schedule to resume work.
You tell us when the group has to be back on the road, and we plan the service backwards from that constraint. In practice, a three-course lunch fits into an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half for a group of 30 to 60 people, provided the menu is settled beforehand.
