Depending on the effect you want, we suggest a standing buffet dinner, a seated meal at tables of eight that favours smaller conversations, or a single long table for up to around thirty guests. The format matters as much as the menu.
Standing, with canapés served continuously, nobody spends two hours next to the same person. It is the most effective format for mixing departments that never work together. We adjust the number of pieces per person to the planned duration and to whether the buffet replaces a full dinner or precedes it.
For a group of 40 to 60, splitting into tables of eight creates conversations that actually continue, which a table of 50 never allows. We build the seating plan with you, mixing teams if that is the point of the day. Service stays synchronised across every table.
